Micro Stutter ver 1.006 in MP

I'm having a split-second delay when on the Syndicate server. It happened on the airbases and inflight. The in flight was over a semi-snow covered area (no buildings).

 

It's not low FPS, but a slight delay.

 

Never had this before in previous version.
