Bailing out

Problem

1.casually flying along and suddenly jumps out aeroplane..using lever axis on f.l.y 5 for bail out yet did not press lever, one for open canopy and other for bail out

2. once the view is out of the cockpit no button puts me back into the seat of the plane.only friendly ground unit button works/fly by/action camera.no skip to cockpit camera

3.unable to connect with master server first few times
