Game interface setting not working.

Now I have tried many times now, the colour selection in the game interface setting is not working.
No matter how many time you set it as "Red friendly, blue enemy". It will automatically switch it back.
The realism setting in the campaign is also not working. For some reason I can choose full mission length and expert realism in my campaign.

Can anyone please provide me with some information?
Is this a known bug or just me because I didn't install the game right.

@HarpingerFlanker: I had contacted the customer support, it's out of order at the moment but will be implementated in nearer future!
