No XP

I'm already frustrated grinding through SP, and now I don'T even get XP anymore. it says I get, but I don'T get any unlocks and it doesn't show in the profile

From what I am seeing here and other forums, there appear to be issues with this as of this morning. You guys that are going for your XP rewards  may want to hold off until confirmed fixed...

You're not alone. I was only doing the grind to get it out of the way. I can't even bring myself to remap the controls after the last patch.

I didn't either. I didn't have to. There might be a couple of new controls I'm not using (yet) but everything else carried over without an issue.

 

I've flown several very good missions today without any reward, other than personal satisfaction. It should have been more than enough to have finished the third campaign and been into the fourth. I've got to admit, the whole XP thing is losing a little luster for me.

Yeah it is broken !!! I was lucky to unlock the extra cannons to 190 before this bug.

Those unlocks are somewhat of a decent shot in the knee, that I am unsure if it is funny or sad.

By those unlocks i lost completley motivation to fire up Bos since weeks.

Maybe a release of the dserver and fmb will bring me back, but so far...why bother to even install a patch, as MiG21 correctly posted.

La5 SP was horrid today. A dozen missions and getting shot down with ease. When I did make it and landed, no XP. I thought I was going to be shipped back to flight school.

Well I must admit I am reverting back to the QMB also.

 

I only have the 111 to unlock but even flying other mission in the "campaign" on pilot level 10 is bloody frustrating as it is almost impossible to make it back to the home field without being shot down.

Ironically I look forward to that. Am only on level six, flying exclusively IL2s, and at the end of Ch 3 of the campaign now without once having been intercepted by fighters. They always fly right by me and go for the escort, or just fly right by me.

 

Noticed the XP thing as well, but I think I only have a couple of skins left to unlock for the IL2 which is kind of irrelevant.

You will find it is also harder to survive the further advanced you get in the chapters too, so you have a couple of things to look forward to old son.

It might be a sign that they're modifying the XP code base as we speak, possibly allowing it's customisation/bypass/removal....?

I feel the same way , i have not touched this game  " ouch"  , for two weeks now , and i don't miss the single player . not even updated . such a shame . i had high hopes for the campaign , with history thrown in . the whole Xp  grind has been a mess .

Guys, with concern I have read what you have written about attribution exp. I just try BoS - but I normally got all experiences with unlock skin. Have a nice day.

It is working again. Was in another thread and I unlocked a few skins for the stuka just now.

So we are all good now? I don't mind the single player grind but doing the first tutorial mission over and over was a bad start lol.

The XP issue should be working fine now. Yes, some of the maintenance we did was to address the XP problem experienced earlier.

It was working fine for me in several campaign missions today, after having had the EXP-not-credited problem over the last 2 or 3 days.  So, hopefully that means they got it fixed.
