Weird stabilizer behavior

With the recent changes to the bf109 stabilizer, it seems that when you input changes on it for a few seconds in a row and release it the wheel is gonna continue spinning for a while and it takes lots of time to reverse the momentum when you invert input on it.

So is the stabilizer trim wheel like the kind where you give it a swing and it continue spinning by itself? Because I thought it was supposed to be fairly stable and not spinning by itself. I don't know about you guys, but the way I'm modelled in real life, when I decide to stop turning a wheel with my hand it kinda stops right away... but maybe that's just me I guess!

I think it is a bug. Same problem here. Try to adjust it on the ground before take off. It only spins out of control on the first time you touch it.

Ah yes, that's a problem too, but it's a different problem. What i'm saying is that there's some kind of momentum & inertia when using the stabilizer wheel.
