kiershar Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 With the recent changes to the bf109 stabilizer, it seems that when you input changes on it for a few seconds in a row and release it the wheel is gonna continue spinning for a while and it takes lots of time to reverse the momentum when you invert input on it. So is the stabilizer trim wheel like the kind where you give it a swing and it continue spinning by itself? Because I thought it was supposed to be fairly stable and not spinning by itself. I don't know about you guys, but the way I'm modelled in real life, when I decide to stop turning a wheel with my hand it kinda stops right away... but maybe that's just me I guess!
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I think it is a bug. Same problem here. Try to adjust it on the ground before take off. It only spins out of control on the first time you touch it.
kiershar Posted November 16, 2014 Author Posted November 16, 2014 Ah yes, that's a problem too, but it's a different problem. What i'm saying is that there's some kind of momentum & inertia when using the stabilizer wheel.
