Cognac Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I've figured out how to cycle through some of the salvo modes using the panel in the Stuka, but so far, I've only been able to salvo then in single wing bombs, pairs of wing bombs, and all four wing bombs. I've tried cycling the switches in every position, but I can't set to salvo all bombs at once. The main panel has four switches indicating Entsichert (unlocked) and Gesichert (unlocked) in the up and down positions respectively. These four switches appear to affect the wing bombs from station 1,2,4,5 respectively. Then there's are two position switches immediately above them labelled Einzelwurf (single throw) and Ein (one), with only the former ever moving. Then there another small panel above and to the right next to the red handle with a two position switch labelled Grosse Bombe (big bomb) and Kleine Bomben (small bombs). This switch moves as I cycle through the arming function. I assume this is to select between arming bombs depending on the loadout: three heavy bombs on the centerline and under each wing, or a single heavy on the centerline, and pairs of small bombs under each wing. Sorry if this seem confusing. I've attached a screen shot of the bomb panels. Is there a way to drop everything at once? 2014_11_15__17_20_49.bmp
Yakdriver Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 LukeFF wrote a tuto for that :-) http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/12776-understanding-new-bomb-selection-system-ju-87/?hl=%2Bbomb+%2Bpanel&do=findComment&comment=199554
Blitzen Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Slightly OT & discussed before but...what about automatic release pull out? It works like a dream in CloD.
1./KG4_Blackwolf Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I've wondered that too Blitzen.. I fly more red..err blue in BOS but just started to learn the 87 in here.
VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 The was a blurb by Jason or Zak a while back that said the auto pull out may come after release.
Cognac Posted November 15, 2014 Author Posted November 15, 2014 So still no way of dropping all the bombs at once?
Mikey Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 i think after last update you can change salvo mode for rockets and bombs, i have tried with rockets and i cant get it to work.
1CGS LukeFF Posted November 15, 2014 1CGS Posted November 15, 2014 So still no way of dropping all the bombs at once? Only if all of the bombs are large-caliber (SC250 & SC500), or if all remaining bombs are SD50s. i think after last update you can change salvo mode for rockets and bombs, i have tried with rockets and i cant get it to work. 4 rockets at a time is the max.

Same way with the bombs on all Russian planes except for the Pe-2.
Mikey Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Well its working now, maybe yesturday i didnt notice cause they fire soo close to each other i thought 2 rockets were only 1
RydnDirty Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I think the lights are supposed to be on when the bomb is armed too so this way you can see what stores you have left.
