Cannot access IL2 Sturmovik BOS

Hi,

 

bought IL2-Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad.

Installed it (Boxversion from Amazon).

 

If you want to start the game for the first time, it shows an access screen where you have to put in your Mailadress and your password.

I suppose it is the one for this homepage. Anytime I want to login it tells me: "wrong password or Mailadress".

I have changed my password already three times and it still gives me the same answer - "wrong password or Mailadress"  

I can login here but with the login name, Mailadress and password that works on this homepage, I cannot get into the game, what is wrong ?
