Missing radio commands?

When I press the ~ key, a radio menu appears, but it only has F1 and a few hand signals to choose from- is this normal?

Hi Chris,

 

make sure if you are in QMB that you have picked a mission with more than just yourself and enemy flying, you need to have wing men for the menu to show all options.
