PE2 Bombing sight issue with sound issue

Brief description: when in to bomb sight, sound goes off, when switching view mod sound changes to ambient battle sound and moving display freezes.

 

Detailed description, conditions: Flying campaign PE-2 URANUS, bomb supply depot, I go into "v" hotkey and bombing GUI is up I lose all plane sounds, and have electric arc wielder sounds, and battle ambient sounds, when I change the view mode from target to horizontal sounds change and ground stops moving.
