no mouse cursor in fullscreen

Hi there,

 

I just moved the game to a new pc, windows 8.1, GTX980, and now I dont have a mouse cursor anymore

to move around the map. I tried already the generally proposed things in this case, like disabling all special mouse pointer

behaviour and settings in the control panel, but without success.

 

 

I would be very grateful for any hint.
