My trackir5 used to work fine on bos,  it still works fine on rise of flight.. but in bos it is no way near centered.. it is way off.. how do i correct this in bos. is their an invert controll and where do i find it.

Do you mean that your view center position is not actually centered? You can adjust it manually in game using the keyboard:

 

1. Disable TrakIR

2. Start a mission with the plane you want to correct

3. Adjust the view position (check your key assigments, I use Ins/Del/Home/End... but I don't remember if these were the defaults)

4. Press F10 to save the view

5. Enable TrackIR and enjoy

 

I hope this helps, I don't understand the part about "invert control" so I might not be understanding your problem.
