rookie49 Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 (edited) Since that's the platform on which it has been developed right? Anyone tried running it in compatibility mode? I don't even got past the main menu without serious hick-up's.... Edited November 7, 2014 by rookie49
Urra Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Run it on win7 with compatibility on to XP Sp2. Background processes off. Full screen. Vsync and all other settings on through Nvidia control panel instead of ingame. Runs smooth as butter at 2560x1440 at 4x AA.
rookie49 Posted November 7, 2014 Author Posted November 7, 2014 Well,i'm out of options for now,the severe stuttering in the main menu is something I can't seem to solve........takes ages to start up anything, damn!
Urra Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 You can turn off all the AA options in the control panel. That's what caused it for me. They don't give visible benefit. Transparency must be off as it a resource hog. Will try to post screen shot in evening.
Urra Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Try to set ingame AA to 2x or 4x. Rest on Control panel as below.
