solutions:

-get nvidia

-make developers to fix this or at least unhide advanced graphic options (so you can turn off bugged effect)

 nVidia won't help you to get rid of that cloud effect. Is there for all users regardless of GPU brand.

Clouds not, but jaggedness in 1440 - yes.

ex. 7970 now 980, and is MUCH better.
