Chuck_Owl Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Le Sturmovik a vachement de la gueule. Bon vidéo!
Obelix Posted November 3, 2014 Author Posted November 3, 2014 (edited) Merci. I didn't see the 2 Bf109 during my straffing action, and as my gunner always fired at my ground targets, I didn't understand that I was in danger, so I headed back my base climbing to the clouds, and bong too late.... Lusekofte Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Yes flying expert it is hard to see where they at even if you knew, wingmen ai is still stupid, but enemy fighter ai knows what they are doing. I really appreciate the campaign more and more. Very nice video
Obelix Posted November 3, 2014 Author Posted November 3, 2014 Thanks Il-2 is a very good glider! Even with few holes in its wings!
unreasonable Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 If I were you I would head back to base at tree top level - makes it quite hard for the fighters to get a shot without being exposed to the gunners and they have to pull up much earlier (or crash). Nice editing!

Nice editing! Nope, because, on your way back, you gonna meet some convoys with flak, some artillery with flak, some trains with flak, some airfields with flak, and some flak with flaks!!! So I try to hide in the clouds asap except when thre are no clouds, of course, but still climbing hight to avoid small flak. When my gunner is not drunk, he generally told me "he's engaging" with no delay (long range settings), I had time to go down, low altitude, this time it was too short...
