kiershar Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 (edited) I played multiplayer since very early access and things were always kinda ok. Nowadays it seems that the servers are kicking me all the time for no reason. It just pops me straight back to the server lists with no explanation. In the evening starting from ~5 PM to midnight EST the planes "jumps" around constantly and it's practically impossible to shoot at people when every second they teleport to a new position. All these things started happening since the fw190 fix patch. Another thing to mention, I have seen some screenshot of people seeing ping in their multiplayer server list. I have never seen the ping displayed since the day i bought the game. I though this would be resolved over time but now the game is officially released and I still never saw the ping of servers. My ping is in my province is like ~23ms, east coast US ~50ms and ~90ms for europe, I'm pretty sure the problem is not on my side. So anybody else from east coast having huge problems with MP since a few weeks? Edited October 28, 2014 by kiershar
FZG_Merlin Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 is the mutliplayer server limited to 33 players now ???
SYN_Jedders Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 is the mutliplayer server limited to 33 players now ??? Yes, but only temporarily for dserver testing.
6S.Insuber Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 So I certaintly am not the only one that find the multiplayer servers nearly unplayable nowadays? If the server is full (33/33 showed on the list) you will experience the kick out that you describe. To see the pings you have to wait a little, some 10-20 s. Once in the MP is normally very fluid with no lag. If you still can't see the ping I would uninstall/reinstall the game, as it was recommended after the last big patch. Rgds, Insuber
1./KG4_Blackwolf Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I'm east coast and have not had this problem at all. I can see the pings just fine, you may want to un/ re install Your install may be hosed up.
coconut Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 The pings take a few seconds to appear, but they are there. No problem on that front. I've also had issues with the server dropping me with or without explanation. Yesterday worked fine, no disconnects, which makes me hopeful it was a server-side issue that got fixed.
