multiple stopped responding issues today after update

I'm getting weird, campaign issues;

1. I start a campaign and get please choose a mission and this screen:

 

2. I get old unlocks, then all of a sudden mission stops, and then dumps back to chose campaign, and I show all my unlocks.

I'm going to say that having this profile information not saved on user side and only on BOS servers is an issue, that seems to be causing peoples issues.
