Stabilizers, so many ACTIONS/key binding so little understanding

ok, I have this idea in my head that the German 190 and 109 planes did not of elevator pitch trim but did have this other thing called adjustable stabilizer.  The result still seems to be affecting the pitch of the plane.  So,  I see these ACTIONS in the game and I just don't understand the difference.  Please enlighten me.

Stabilizer

   Adjustable stabilizer  x/y

  Adjustable stabilizer up

  Adjustable stabilizer down

No

The Adjustable stabilizer  x/y which can be bind to an axis is only used on the ME 109's as they used a wheel to adjust it.

The Adjustable stabilizer up/down are used on the FW 190 as it had two buttons on the left side console for adjusting the horizontal stabilizer
