What AI aircraft will i fly against? How many types are there?

Just curious to see what the variety is in aircraft count.

Basically meaning, 5 Russian planes and 5 German planes

They are all the flyable ones. I am talking about the AI ones as well. 

 

There would be transport aircraft, recon aircraft. All sorts of aircraft. Otherwise the missions would be pretty bland.

As the AI usess the same FMs as players creating AI only aircraft is not as easy possible as in other sims

BoS does not currently have any AI only planes. The Ju-52 has been officially mentioned as a possible post release addition (maybe AI only or static for airfields), but nothing was promised as far as I know. The I-16 has been confirmed as a post release flyable (paid addon, as bot will be free).

I don't mind if we get them all flyable..... that would be very cool.

Every now and then I get a briefing to engage the "cargo" planes at the target area.  But it's always been stukas or 111s.

HE III's were used as cargo planes during the battle of Stalingrad.

They really need to get the Ju-52 in as an AI aircraft, and possibly the Storch and Po-2.
