Running my own LAN server

Am I going to be able to run my own LAN server?

 

I often enjoy playing IL-2 with my  buddy. Do you guys know if LAN is coming to this game?

 

Kinda surprised its not actually already implemented  but hey... still early days I guess.

Dservers and FMB will come later, still in development, but they will be here soon for sure

yes I was kinda surprised to that the dedicated server did not come with release....even if it only had 2 generic multiplayer missions to get things started. Edited October 22, 2014 by T-oddball

i don't remember if it was Zak or Han, but they said that it wasn't ready for release yet, 

as we see now the flight sim community is quite volatile, and an early FMB and Dserver

release could end up in a bashing wave that Devs does not want to go through
