Gun sites on IL2

For some reason I can't get my gunsight up on the Il2 , I have track Ir and when I press F12 to center the site , nothing happens . The site sits way low and I can't aim for crap. Is this a

bug or am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried using the track ir centre key. Ive bound mine to arrow down. It should reset you head position to the aim sight.

Try Requiems Track Ir profile, it works perfect for me in this game, I was struggling with my range of movement as well. That sounds like what's happening to you.

Center your track IR. This must be done every time you start TIR and is helpful to do as you settle into your seat or after adjusting your headset. I have it assigned to one of the more prominent buttons on my stick (C button on X-52 Pro) since i use it so often. Once centered, your problem should be solved unless you pressed F10 at some point in that funky position. F10 is the in game key for setting the default head position. If you did this, pause your TIR, adjust the position somewhere more desireable with the keyboard keys and then press F10 to make a better default position.
