In-game voice comms/functional radios in aircraft

I understand there is a official BOS teamspeak, I've been on it a few times. But having a in-game voip or something like arma's ACRE\TFAR or FSXs radio system would be amazing. Typing in the heat of the moment is terrible when people are on different teamspeaks or just are not on ts period.
