unreasonable Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Free hunt mission possibly - what the german side certainly needs is an air-superiority mission, where your job is simply to keep the sky in a certain area clear of enemy for as long as you have fuel or ammo. This is exactly what the Germans did around Pitomnik once the pocket was created. So similar but not so free. Yes I know I can keep a paper log, roll dice for missions, it is just a PITA when the game could do this for me.
senseispcc Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 (edited) The last update did resset my flight hours, number of missions and missions victorious to zero! Also my throtle was all wrong after the update. unreasonable Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 senseispcc yes good point, Ruskis should do it too. I know during Barbarossa the LW found that the soviet fighters were reluctant to get too far from the fixed points they were assigned to patrol - bridges, depots and the like - allowing the LW the opportunity to enter or leave battle at will. Not sure if the soviets had changed their tactics that much by Stalingrad though.
