Cold starting the IL2 engine.

Hi all.

 

I have been trying to cold start the IL2 engine with full settings from the parked position in the Quick mission launcher.

 

When the game spawns I immediately get a message that says "1st engine overcooled" and I cannot start the engine.

 

Am I missing something?

 

Any help appreciated.

Just for measure I also tried the LaGG3 and immediately got the same message.

Hmmm are your rads fully closed when starting the engine?
