I just got done with a mission and I have to say the immersion from the lighting, and the atmospheric conditions was the best I've ever experienced.  The clouds, the vapor/mist, and horizon was just awesome.  I have to admit that I am also having fun in the campaign.  Knowing that this is beta and the campaign and the AI is going to be tweaked as the game nears completion....well what can I say, for me....this game is going to fill a slot.  What the game lacks in rosters, medals, career tracking, unit markings......etc.....will come with time.  The best thing that can happen now, is to remove locks/unlocks from the MP side of the game, and make way for the mission builders and the online servers.  Let the servers choose the settings....

Agreed. The sim itself is so darn immersive, that I'm willing to be very patient with the framework.

DX11 should have to be a must in 2014 but immersion and flight feeling in BoS are really special. Fantastic, absolutely amazing.
