Ability to play campaign on custom realism?

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if it will be possible to play the campaign on custom realism at some point. I haven't seen the option to change realism anywhere while playing the campaign.

 

I'm not a super hardcore sim player so I'd really like this possibility.
