I suppose when you drop a 44000lb plane into the water at 97mph with a decent of 2fps something has to give.

 

Though it does go to prove that any landing you can walk away from is a good landing!

 

I was surprised at the high angle of the nose once she touched down, though I suppose they were riding in at just above stall speeds
