Tom25briklebritt Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 The faq says: 21) Does the game feature triple screen compatibility? No, it doesn't Will triple screen support come with the release version? Are there any infos about this feature? Hope they will do.... I set my Nvidia surround and tried to start flying. Menu shown correct, but when sitting in the plane, i only can see a grey background with nothing else.. sound is playing, controls are working, but i didn´t see anything of the game.
UncleHajo Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Triple-monitor works, but not at full resolution (it broke some months back). I've been using 3840 x 720 until there's a solution.
ducs Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Same here, I use 3874x720 (bezeled) Anything higher results in the black/gray screen.

Good luck on getting an answer fron DEVs. I posted a similar question about a month or two ago and they just ignored me. My bet is that BOS won't support triple screen (native resolution) on initial release. I am really beginning to regret preordering. I wish I could get a refund. And do not give me the "it is an alpha" or "you can play it on one screen only" shit. It is 90% complete and there is no sign of DEVs even working on solving this issue. kozo Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 3x screen 5000x1200 doesnt work too, black/gray screen depends on headmovement, only hud is visble, it looks like camera possitioned into some objects or something trivial to fix, becouse engine does rendering plane in hangar without issues nvidia 770 surround with or without border corrections
gundarRagn0r Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Given that Rise Of Flight works with triple screen set at 5760 x 1080 then it seems illogical that BOS can not be configured the same for 2d surround/Triple monitor configurations. Personally if IL2 Battle Of Stalingrad will not support 2d surround I won't be purchasing until it does.
AndyHill Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 The problem is that unlike RoF, you can't fix the problem by removing post processing effects, because BoS doesn't let you adjust graphics details. There might be another issue with shifted focus point as well, but I don't really know much about that, since the former issue has kept me mostly grounded recently.
