Unlocks not implemented fully yet?

So I have been playing the game a bit more since the campaign update and unlock system went live. 

Its been pretty good so far but I encountered a small problem, not sure if Im missing something, the game bugged out on me or like the title says, its not fully implemented yet, but certain unlocks, mainly the skins, dont want to unlock themselves even if the green bar at the profile page of the plane says I have earned enough experience to have it unlocked. 

 

Here are couple screenshots I took in game showing what I mean:

 

 

 

As you can see these skins remain locked even though the green bar is already past the point where they should unlock. So far the Bf109F4 and Lagg are the only planes I have encountered this little problem with, as I was able to unlock skins on Yak 1 normally. 

 

Can someone explain to me if these skins are simply not implemented into the game yet, or is this a bug?

The skin unlock is bugged at the moment.

Yep, I have it too with F4

Update: 

 

After reinstalling the game, and putting back my ACCData as well as Input(for controls), my skins were unlocked.
