leitmotiv Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 (edited) I hope that's true. My Lenovo laptop already has some good hardware in it (i7-3630QM, 16GB RAM DDR3, GTX660M, full HD 15,6" display), though I think I'll have to toss out my HDD (1TB, 5400rpm) in favour of a 256GB SSD. I run War Thunder on medium settings and get between 28 and 45fps, on average it runs at about 38. That should be enough for BoS. I saw on russian forum one developer posting laptops of 30000 russian ruble, around 950 dolars, will be able to play the game with no problems Edited July 29, 2013 by Yaklover
352ndOscar Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 This will probably be on the high side of things, but, you asked..... 1

WildBlueYonder Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Are you afraid that the long-haired General is going to kill you after she finds out how much you've spent on your PC?
coldViPer Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 It is summer, very nice weather outside, very hot inside, sitting here and typing my signature and reading every single post on forum. But it's done now and continuing my no-life S!
Corto Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 here is mine. I will try the BOS on this system and than I will buy a new graphic card soon. Any suggestions for a new grapic card?
LLv34_Untamo Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) Here you go. Will most likely update once BoS arrives. Edited August 5, 2013 by LLv34_Untamo
Guest deleted@13284 Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 That's good news about laptops. Hopefully this game will revive my lack of interest in sims just lately Oh,and hi guys!
Sethos Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Not too worried about how the game might perform
skline00 Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Not too worried about how the game might perform I think NOT! Good lord! If it won't fly on your UBER rig we are all doomed!
OttoKraftstoff Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 (edited) Hello to all here's my current system: MSI K7N2 Delta, AMD Athlon XP 2200+ @ 1,8 GHz, ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128 MB, 2x512 MB RAM DDR 400 Dual Channel, Win XP Professional, Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Pro Flightstick. Well it does pretty much look like I'll need to plunder my iron reserves to get this game running... Edited August 19, 2013 by OttoKraftstoff
Matt Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 I guess i'll finally have to put my Q9550 to rest. Served me quite well over the past years. I'll most likely get a i7-3770 instead, probably not before next year though. And of course together with more/new RAM. (and if Oculus Rift will be worth it, i might even replace my GPU aswell, depending on performance difference, even though i plan to keep it atleast until 2015)

PauloHirth Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 I strong sugest, save a bit more of money, but NEVER buy a notebook for a simulator with big landscape, explosions... this need power watts and lattop have very bad coolers, you will be desapoint and spend money 2 times... This site will help to built a great computer: http://www.tomshardware.com/s/best+for+money/
