CisTer-dB- Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 (edited) Good Morning I've installed the last update and I can't map my X55 Throttle for the Engine throttle control. When I follow the on screen instructions, it only give me Minus/Equals. Anyone now how to deal with that? Thanks Edited October 5, 2014 by 71st_AH_dB
AFSnake-eye Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I'm having the same problem with my G940 throttle...whatever I do it's stays inverted or if I find a fix its temporary. Should have saved my input settings before this last update....yet they said to do a clean install....

Should have saved my input settings before this last update....yet they said to do a clean install.... Go into the controller settings, under the throttle set a small dead zone, apply. Then go back in, and remove the dead zone - apply again. Now set your throttle appropriately and it should stick.
AFSnake-eye Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Dburnette... Thanks...tried that it worked...but when I left the game and re entered same problem...so I uninstalled my g940 profiler ...will have to wait for a week before getting down to finding a solution.

It is an issue within BOS, hopefully it will get fixed soon. It seems to affect some with certain controllers, and not others. Did you completely uninstall and do a new install along with new control mapping with this latest update?
CisTer-dB- Posted October 5, 2014 Author Posted October 5, 2014 Anyone have the same problem then me?
-LaFrench-Partaille Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I have. My problem is i can't invert the throttle.... I have the g940.
VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) Go to the throttle actions line. Click in the box to the right where you want it (I usually don't overwrite the defaults), When it is set for input, move your throttle forward all the way and then back. I found it inputs the throttle info to the command box only after reversing the direction of the throttle. Click accept. If it is opposite of how you want it try again but reverse the directions from the first time. Edited October 6, 2014 by VR-Stick
CisTer-dB- Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) That's what I did, and it give me Minus/Equals when I move my throttle, like in the screenshots provided Edited October 6, 2014 by 71st_AH_dB
9./JG27golani79 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) I´ve got a X55 too and just tried it out - it works fine for me and I can also invert the axis when it´s set. Have you tried to reset the settings? Edited October 6, 2014 by golani79
VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 That's what I did, and it give me Minus/Equals when I move my throttle, like in the screenshots provided Then your throttle must be sending keyboard characters to the game versus DirectX commands. You must be using software with your throttle that contains the Minus and Equals keys linked to that axis.
CisTer-dB- Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 Re installing the game right now, sometime it fix things.
VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Sorry for the word "must". Nothing is certain. Please read "in all probability may"
CisTer-dB- Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 Sorry for the word "must". Nothing is certain. Please read "in all probability may" No worries m8 It fix itself by re installing it. Go figure my fingers might be to tick o7
GridiroN Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I have the same issue. None of the fixes here fixed it for my X55.
