Store/read current position of analogue inputs between sorties

It would be nice if input sources which send constant reporting information (eg analogue mixture) were read at the beginning of each sortie. At present they don't seem to be, causing the game model to be inconsistent with the physical control positions. This corrects itself as soon as any input is made but occasionally bites me. 

 

It would be similarly good if the status of flight controls such as flaps could be stored at the conclusion of each flight and read from storage at the start of the next. Flaps are only controllable by switched inputs but when you map this to, say the flap lever on the Warthog HOTAS you once again have a mismatch between last used control state and the model state at the start of the next sortie. Granted, this could be mitigated by resetting all controls to their known start state post landing, but the start state for some controls (particularly radiator settings) seem to vary from server to server.
