Maps Maps, where is the Map I want?

Actually I am looking for two.  One is the 'Stalingrad_enroute_chat_pdf.pds'.  I have it but I want to know who made it so I can give credit to the fellow.  And then there is this ingame map that looks kind of like a real map folded out.  I have this idea that I can get the whole thing outside of the game (have game up on one monitor and this map on another).
