Has anyone got a CH Fighterstick and Throttle Profile?

As the title says. I've also got some Saitek combat rudder pedals and TrackIR 5, but there's really no need for a profile for either. 

I love my throttle and flightstick, but I'm finding it a little awkward to set controls to them in any logical fashion. Has anyone got  suggestions?

CH Products has a BoS profile on their website.  I have downloaded and modified it to my tasts.  It saves a lot of work
