How do I get rid of this new annoying "hud" that comes in everytime I adjust throttle, using flaps or landing gear?? BTW im flying on expert servers...

ctrl+i do deactivate the virtual gauges and "h" to deactivate hud at all. No way just to deactivate the indicators to the right AFIAK.

You're talking about "technochat" or whatever right?  That I'm not sure...didn't look around.  They said they are testing it at the moment, so it may be locked on.

Await next EA's. On Russian forum are said that these things may be disabled individually. Have faint on remaining "25"%.

Ah, so there is no way to remove just the "technochat":(. Well I guess I'll just have to disable it all and live without the textchat.

At this time, it looks that way.

So I'm not the only one who does not care for the technochat. I have one axis that has a spike on it so I see "rad 68%, rad 70%" the whole time I'm flying. Very annoying. I know it spikes but the game should not rub it in!

Lest hope the technochat and hud can be disabled on server side. Full real settings

I'm having an issue in 2 engine planes that I have one CH Throttle quad lever assigned to both engines and their readouts on the technochat are different. Mixture will be 50% on engine 1 and then 65% on engine two even though they are mapped on the same axis.

I don't mind the technochat, and I like flying on full real servers. IL2 had technochat always on, but it was less visible in the corner and was blue and faded very quickly so it was barely seen. The BoS one is a larger font, brighter and white, and has large symbols too which makes it more annoying. I like how it looks they just need to tweak it or give us more options. Maybe it will come in a later update.

Actually what do those icons represent? The messages were fine but I couldn't decipher the three little box things.

Sir,

Perhaps it is possible to set up a little dead-band (typically a [percentage or two] on that particular axis in the dedicated controller/joystik configuration tool.

Try and re-calibrate it also, for good measure.

You can perhaps also play a little with the end-points so as to get the axis o be utlised in the area where you perhaps don't have any pot issues?

Hope this might be helpful.
