No, these Chinese generic stick's - you see the same with various "brands -  use cheap potentiometers and low resolution USB controller, all you get is "spikes" in 2/3 mount of use.

 

This throttle is copy of http://gametrix.ru/products/8'>Gametrix ECS, that at least use contactless sensor in throttle axis.
