It is not a campaign, but I have done a historical mission pack for Platzschutzstaffel Pitomnik, which was a detachment of Jagdgeschwader 3 based at Pitomnik airfield inside the Stalingrad pocket.

i started the il-2 campaign... quite object heavy isnn't it? even with my hardware i still get 20 FPS over stalingrad.

 

downed 3 stukas, till the jg52 decided to put me il-2 to rest :D

Then it must of been a crap load of work for the mission builder

if you have ever used the FMB in online or campaign settings.

 

Online coops were no piece of cake adding content with

objectives.Many mission builders would hardly put anything in

their coops at all besides a few pom-pom and flak guns.

 

It took awhile to balance coops to make them playable for all

who flew with pings from 30 to 300
