gunner tutorial?

I'm new to BOS.  I wanted to try out the online gameplay as a gunner, but am not able to figure out how to move and fire the gun.  Is there a tutorial available somewhere?

Welcome Stusborford. Generally once you are in the gunner position (by pressing Lctrl C) you press Lshft T to take control of the gun and then T to look down the gunsight. What works best for me is making mousewheel click button take control of the gun, and right click to aim down the sight. Then left click fires.

Thanks for the tutorial part, I am not able to moove the gun, I can moove my head around but as soon as I take control I am not able to move the view or the gun anymore. I have track ir so I am not using the mouse, in fact I might have removed those settings but I do not know what settings I should try to change. 

What happens is that I think its a conflight with the track ir view and the mouse viewl So when I moove my mouse it starts to take control and moove the view a nano second before it realizes its the track ir that have the main control. I dont know if this makes sence but yeah?  Any suggestions would be greateful.

This is a common problem. If you changed the controls to disable the mouse from moving the view, this will make it impossible to move a turret. I had to reset my controls to fix it for example.

ok :/  so basically I will need to reset everything?  

 

but when I set it the first place I was not able to get it all working before I removed it in the first place, you got it working with the mouse still active for view?

 

So basically which ones should I leave to have it working? Mind Sharing?
