Trim Too Sensitive

I'm running an all CH flight set-up. Fighter Stick, Pro-pedals, and Pro-throttle. I have trim assigned to various buttons for each axis. I find the 'steps' very coarse when I try to trim any aircraft. Would it be possible to have smaller incriments for each button press? Or am I overlooking something in settings that would take care of this? The adjustable horizontal stabilizer isn't a problem, but trim all all three axis is.

I ended up using the software for my TM Warthog for trimming , where I can control the amount of movement for each button press. But I was already using it as I had created a profile for all my controls for BOS in the software.

 

You might want to put this in the suggestions thread, I agree they need to tweak it to be more fine movements.
