ST_ami7b5 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 OK, thanks arthursmedley, I thought that with NVIDIA GeForce Experience arrival NVIDIA Inbspector would become obsolete. Will study/download it, but don't understand why 3 different tools have to be used to manage NVIDIA settings... Thanks again. i did not use the nvidia experience panel or inspectorin the NCP, before the last driver update i did not have the icon, it appeared after i removed the profile and added it again (actually there are 2 now, one for the launcher, and one for the .exe file, its the exe file u point it toyes u could use whatever global settings u have - don't have to do anything else, SLI just started working, now adjust/tweak to your liking/frame rate OK, thanks tzigy. What confused me was mentioning NVIDIA supports BoS now, so I expected that BoS will be included among 'supported games'in NVIDIA GeForce Experience. There you have a list of games with some screen preview from game and (separate) optimised settings for EACH game. War Thunder is there, but BoS isn't....
6./ZG26_5tuka Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 (edited) Thx to some Reddit poster I've now found the reason for the SweetFX dll conflict. It's not the driver that's bugging it but GeForce Expirience, which seems to have reccieved an update as well that breaks it. Deinstall (or revert) it and the error message should disappear. I'm glad this solved the issue on my end, don't need this tool anyway. Hope this is helpfull to some out there Edited September 20, 2014 by [Jg26]5tuka
ST_ami7b5 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Check this out ami7b5; http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:NVIDIA_Inspector#tab=Introduction Make sure to download latest version too. Very useful, thanks!
Dakpilot Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 As BoS has yet to reach beta and is still in early access I would not expect it to be added to Geforce experience games yet, however it is def in NCP and NVinspector Cheers Dakpilot
LeLv8_Otto Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 What setting you are using in NCP for BOS?
SYN_Mike77 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Ok, so I downloaded inspector: now what do I do to activate the BoS profile?
1PL-Husar-1Esk Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Ok, so I downloaded inspector: now what do I do to activate the BoS profile? You don't have to activate profile, You can check if it is there or make some adjustment like AA AF etc.
1PL-Husar-1Esk Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 (edited) My settings ps. MSAA and SGSS must be in same number ! ( not like 2 MSAA and 4 or 8 SGSS) ps. in profile name is Rise Of Flight but you should find and edit IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad ( it look same only it is applied to il-2.exe) i'm using this because i have Nvidia 3D vision and with ROF profile i can have enabled it to and be able to save convergence adjustments. ST_ami7b5 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Ok, so I downloaded inspector: now what do I do to activate the BoS profile? Profile is activated when game is started. Read the documentation in arthur's link. There you will see how to find and show the profile and then you can make some adjustments if you like. Still I hope they will include BoS in the NVIDIA GeForce Experience's game list eventually...

Hope this is helpfull to some out there Thank you for sharing this, it solved the issue at my end also which I had with both 344.11 and 340.52. I am still using 340.52 but now I'm wondering if I should try 344.11 again. Can anyone see a performance improvement using the new driver? Maybe it's just me but it seems to introduce stutter even at high frame rates. Edited September 20, 2014 by VR-Stick
Soarfeat Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 344.11 driver working great on my set-up Thanks again LastRights !! --sf--
Original_Uwe Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Wait, so I have to downlaod another program to et this pre set applied to the game? Screw-that.
inexus Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 I'm tempted to get SLI. What is the utilisation of the GPU's when running them? Does BOS fully use both cards? I'm pretty impressed even with a single GTX 780. I usually get around 60fps except for when I am at ground level such as when taking off or looking at ground units. Always wondered how come the fps is so low there as there is not much to render.
