Hey folks, i use a Saitek X52 Pro and have a few problems with this game, especially axes and their tendency to be reversed and unfixable. I do not grasp this, what's the fuzz with the reversed axes, and how are they so resistant to being fixed?

I can start up the game, get in the plane, and i have to pull my throttle backwards. Even if i go to controls and choose 'invert axis' mid flight, nothing ever happens. Does someone have a definitive way of fixing this yet? Tried deleting the whole 'input' folder, but then again i had to use Tab + Arrow keys + Enter to navigate the menues, and i never made it to the right settings tabs.

Help will be greatly appreciated!

In game there is an axis reverse toggle switch available in the controls setup. Look for the arrow that looks like a u-turn symbol next to the axis assignment. If your axes are switching mid flight however I would check your x52 software and ensure you aren't inadvertently switching between profiles mid flight.

For the throttle there is a trick, even inverting it won't work.

First thing to do after login is to go to throttle axis and give it a pinch of deadzone and then remove it again. Voilá, axis now works.

Wonder when this will get fixed.

I have no issues with other axis in general, there was one with thumb slider in certain servers but was solved in the latest patch.

I have axis assignment issues too with my CH throttle quad. Sometimes I can see them calibrating, other times they are frozen solid and don't budge. Heard people complain about this for a long time, must be a bug.

Make sure you ACCEPT when you place your input, reverse in the little block and ACCEPT on the way out. I fly regularly with my X52 Pro. If I can remember I can ZIP and send you what I have if that will help.

The Invert solution works on its own.

It is not needed to address the deadzone *tick* anymore.
