Extremely slow response in flight controls

My controller is a Saitek x52 pro. I have updated all drivers and have eliminated all dead zones in my controller settings and game settings, yet I have to move my joystick nearly to it's limits before the aircraft responds. It's the same with all aircraft. Has anyone else experienced this and do you have a solution?

During all phases of play or just the first few seconds? When you air start the autopilot has control of the aircraft until you cycle through the inputs.

I noticed this as well the controls lag behind in game even with a solid frame rate. If I wiggle the stick side to side its so behind its nearly opposite in game. In devices there is a noise filter turning it down helps a lot but it's still pretty bad. I recall in the earlier versions with only the lagg and 109f4 this wasn't an issue. It does sound like your symptoms are much worse though.
