Game crashing

So I just got the game on Steam and everytime I start up the game, enter a quick mission, start the plane and taxi around the runway, the game would freeze for a few seconds or my monitor would go black for a few seconds and it will recover back to the desktop with IL2 still running and the sounds still playing but I am not able to restore the game. I am sure my computer would be able to run this game well but im not sure whats causing this problem. Screenshot of graphics setting and DxDiag below.

i have the same issue more or less...the game starts fine and everthing until i get into the air i get these 0.5sec freezes where the picture is stuck and then after that it recovers and i fly on...this is a problem because it is damn frustrating...the freezes sometimes gets so bad my whole screen goes black my gpu fans stop and i give it 5 seconds before it recovers and i can fly on(almost like my drivers stop working)... note the game doesnt freeze,i can hear things going on in the backround...

 

I put on msi afterburner graphs to see if i can analise it...everytime i get these stutter freezes is when my gpu usage drops to 0!! it averages at about 50 - 70...

anyone who can relate to this?
