Imur6 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Hi folks, I've been playing flight sim for 10 Yrs, but.. I think I've been doing as novice (or simple) mode. For this game, Even normal mode, I can't fly well. For example, (1) why My plane go toward left when take off? and (2) Plane spin very ealisy when I doing sudden roll) Actualy, I don't want reply for above my questions at this thread, but need overall guide for flight, from take off to stable flight. Is there any guide in this site? or if you have any material, guide book regarding this, please let me know. I want to Fly as Expert mode after hard training!

Finkeren Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 We all felt like that when we started out on BoS. Especially the realistic ground handling was a she-dog. It helps some to have played Rise of FLight, but only a bit. I can promise you, it'll get better though.
Imur6 Posted August 31, 2014 Author Posted August 31, 2014 Thanks folks! By the way, one of my curiosity was solved ! I found below thread in google! why does my plane want to go left all the time when i taxi?? Hi,Not sure how much of a left turning tendency you are talking about - but - on the takeoff roll with a prop plane - you usually have to keep contstant right rudder to compensate for the spinning propellor... You normally have to keep this pressure on until you reach your cruise altitude and start with your power reductions...When in the sky - MSFS does a poor job of replicating fuel burn and how it affects weight and balance... If you have a plane that draws fuel from one tank - not both - the imbalance causes an almost immediate perpetual bank - unless compensated... This is pretty unrealistic and I normally swap out the fuel tank valve for one that has a "both" position...Regards,Scott Last edited by scottb613; 12-06-2012 at 02:06 PM.
Finkeren Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 The imbalance caused by wing fuel tanks is not normally felt in BoS (the engine draws from tanks evenly to keep balance). However, if one tank is punctured and you start losing fuel in one side, that can be felt quite clearly, but it feels completely different from the rolling and yawing caused by the spinning propeller. It feels more like one wing is "sagging" and pulling you down. Rather similar to when one of your wings take damage and produces less lift than the other.
