The camera must have passed between the prop blades as the P-51 went by.

There's the famous Spitfire grass-cutter flyby, piloted by by one of the Hanna's (I think) where the TV presenter get's a little more than he expected....

I think there's one from a crazy French guy knockin' about too, but that's a jet, so doesn't count....well, ok maybe it does for his steel balls that he so casually struts away with when the pilot goes past.
