Kinda cool.  And pretty darn cheap.  Does give me ideas though since I have a buddy with a laser-cutting shop - perhaps an MDF model would be even more sturdy.  A+++ for the effort and idea though.

Cool! Thanks for sharing. They need to get started on some WW2 pits also. I have never been fond of jet simulators for some reason. ::)

Is "funny" how manufactures ignore the existence of the (small) WW II CFS market, a recent Saitek survey did not mention any simulator of the genre.

 

This KS should have rendered one "warbirds" cockpit instead these outdated "SR-71" or "X-wing". :P

The Fw 190 would be perfect, more ergonomic that some latter British Jet's. 

 

Anyway they promise one for a early supporter, as said in SimHQ. :)

WWII was the epoch of aviations finest days. Technology does mess up some things, arial combat.
