We plan on a new Livestream this week to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of the BOS project and showcase the next build which includes Track Recording capability and some bug fixes etc.

 

We hope to do tomorrow and if not tomorrow do it on Friday. So this is a heads up.

 

I'll be on TS starting at 17:30 UTC/GMT is anyone wants to join me and watch the english stream.

Update:

 

The live stream is scheduled on Thursday December 12th. We'll start at approximatelly 17:00 UTC/GMT. Go to our Twitch to watch and ask questions and get the answers.

 

 

P.S. you could have noticed that the English stream follows after the Russian one - no worries, the content is all the same.

I hope MP is a little further down the road myself. Right now everyone, for the most part, seems to be working well together with lots of solid feedback and I think a lot of community goodwill. I'd hate to see that fall by the wayside due to online issues rearing an ugly head.

 

Congrats to Jason and the team for an excellent first year. I'm looking forward to bigger and better things in the coming year.

2 questions:

 

1) how long approx will the broadcast last? Trying to work out what time the English speaking one will begin.

 

2) Has anyone used the twitch app for android? I can't find the il2sturmovik channel. Wondered if anyone had any advice?

 

Yes, the search function of the app is absolutely broken. You won't find much there and you can't access channels directly in other ways. So there is no way to watch on android that I am aware of.

 

Edit: Except of course the channel gets listed somewhere in the games or channels section, but I have not looked there yet because I didn't want to search thousands of channels by hand

I 'followed' the channel in my browser (logged into twitch) and then in the app the channel shows up under following when the stream is live.

 

That is a good idea actually... haven't thought of that *lol*. Thank you.

Awesome info. Great points on describing the "plan" and wby its being done the way it is. Even though its so hard to wait. But to know that the build is being finished a day or two prior really feels special to be able to test it! Good work its looking very cool.
