Zygiert Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) Support seems unsupportive in this matter i'd like to ask here. Could somebody tell me why BoM key was deleted from my account? I bought key second handed as a gift. I activated game so everything seemed fine. I even confirmed it to the seller. Few days later I found that the game was deleted from my account. No e-mail, message or any kind of notification. I submit a ticket with question to give me the reason why so I can deal with the seller. Unfortunately support does not give a damn if u didn't buy the key directly from the il2sturmovik.com. Now I'm in the situation where seller knows that key was ok because I activated it, and support doesn't even seem to be interested what happened unless i give them purchase details. Can't even claim my rights from the seller cause I have no clue/proof that something was wrong/illegal on his side. Is it really so hard to tell the reason why someone is deleting a key? Not even speaking about lack of any notification whatsoever. I would have no problem with buying it premium from the il2 store but with this kind of attitude to the client - I'm kinda not sure... Regards ps. also - deleting keys causes #10036 error. Edited August 3, 2016 by Cethanu

Zygiert Posted August 4, 2016 Author Posted August 4, 2016 It does not really apply. Account is mine from the start. It has BoS activated from dvd. La-5 from il2 store, and BoM from g2a (gift key) which causing the trouble. All in all I will with the seller myself and get a refund but what worries me is the uninformative and uncooperative attitude in that case.
