Confused by constant speed propellers?

For those of us that have come from ROF and WWI Flt Sim background, a constant speed propeller might seem a little confusing.

 

Here's a nice little video (admittedly for another sim) that explains the difference between a fixed pitch, variable pitch, and constant speed propeller (and some handling tips with a constant speed propeller)
