PS: Support unresponsive. Try this.. Click on the IL2 BoS logo at the top of the forum. That will bring you to the page with the BoM picture at the top and a white background. In the upper right hand corner you should see something that says Login. Log in again with your forum user info . Once you do that you should see the same screen but the box that said Login will now say Logout. Click on the box that says Profile between Logout and Support. On the right you should see a red box that will say Account, Purchases, License keys etc.. Click on License keys and you should see your purchase. Activate it from that screen by cutting and pasting the key into the Key Activation box..

You would not have been the first person to come here and have the same issue that was actually resolved by doing what I suggested. It is a little deceptive because you have to log in twice. Wait for support to contact you then. 1

We've recently tightened our anti-fraud measures and some orders can get delayed due to this even though your order may be completely legit. This happens sometimes with international credit card orders. I'm working to try and minimize this as much as possible. I've sent you a PM so I can look up your order. If it was approved you should have gotten it. If not, we will fix, but it is the weekend and I we probably can't fix it until Monday is there was a problem. Jason 3

I received an extremely generous gift from the great JGV Custard I cannot get to my computer for some time still so I am on mobile site on android phone. I get the message on my page saying it takes 10-15 minutes but the gray part of the screen on bottom covers everything below the purchases tab so I have no idea if there is something under it that I should see or not. Do I have a time limit to activate this? If I can't activate it on mobile site I'm not sure how soon I can take time off at home to do it on PC.

Send me a PM with the previous order's Transaction #. I think I solved the hang up. If you have a problem from this past weekend please write to support. I cannot do anything myself to user accounts. All I can do is tell the team to help you out, but that's redundant. Plus I am at E3 next couple days so I will not be attending to customer support issues while at the show. Jason 2

Two weekends ago when RoF was having their big sale, I bought several planes and the Channel map at a great price. Somehow, my purchases went to an old Demo account I had (and had forgotten) instead of the account with my full game and previous purchases. I contacted support, traded a few emails and everything was fixed by the following Monday. Not instantaneously, but pretty quick. I thought they did a great job getting my issue resolved. I didn't have to jump on the forums to let everyone know I was having an issue either.

Lum Look under your profile/account and see if it is under your license keys/purchases. If it is listed there, then you should be able to download the client (on the same menu) and play immediately. If it is not listed under here, there may have been a problem with your transaction. If you are looking for a Steam key, I think you have to email support as they are not given to you automatically unless you preordered the game during specific dates.

Did you purchase or receive a key that looks like that? You should be able o activate a received gift in your profile. It is a separate login from the forums. What to do now, I hope I do not have to travel to Moscow. :-) If I do recieve an registration of that call, then I can ask =Blue2 to show his payments on that registration number back to 1c.
