Use "CTD in campaign" as the message topic.The email should contain the following data:1) Detailed description of events before the crash (chapter, type of mission, plane setup, etc.);2) What was happenning to sound during CTD;3) How did the GUI react? Was Esc key available, etc.;4) If there were any error messages after the crash, then we need it's text or a screenshot;5) System info (dxdiag.txt);===========To obtain dxdiag text file, please do the following:- press [Win] + [R];- type dxdiag in the comand line;- in the window that appears click the Save As button- save the text file===========6) Screenshot of the game settings screen;7) How oftne does the game crash;8) Was this the first mission you played after the game was launched;9) Exact directory where the game was installed;10) Are you user or and admin of your PC (screenshot is recommended);11) UAC settiings (screenshot is recommended);12) Brandmauer settings (screenshot is recommended);13) Task manager report file;===========To obtain dthe report file, please do the following:- press [Win] + [R];- type cmd in the comand line;- press Enter;- in the window that appears type tasklist > c:\tasklist.txt- press Enter===========14) Screenshot of custom difficulty settings (can be found in QMB);15) Did you use old control configuration files backed up after October 4th? If not, have you encountered aby difficulties during installation of the game from scratch on october 4th (5th)?16) Was the launcher on when you played and experienced CTD?17) If the launcher was on, did it have "Seed after download" option active?
